Well...tonight at midnight, a great moment in entertainment history will occur.  Sales records will crumble, records in hype, and satisfaction will rack up.  This is not the release of a hotly anticipated new album by the world's hottest band (whoever that might be)...nor is it the release of the most anticipated movie of all time (which will probably be this may)....it is the release of a video game.  That's right.  A VIDEO GAME.  HALO 2.

Stores are opening at midnight in a scene reminiscent of the release of Guns & Roses' : Use Your Illusion (Volumes 1 - 23)...although I suspect, THIS TIME, this will be a purchase that's actually worth it.

The burning question remains....will I be among the geeks/losers/thirty-somethings/welfare cases in the lineup at EB Games tonight trying to be among the first to go online, and skool the world?

I don't even know the answer to that yet....but you will all have the answer if I can't come into work because I am "sick" tomorrow.  (I believe I caught a sniffle today!?)
